Reclaimed Heart
I thought as I stood up from the chair and removed my bib.
“I’m heading out, I won’t be back until later,” I announced and they both watched me lose control of my will and thoughts.
“Where are you heading to sir?” Miss Loo asked me, her concern was clear.
“Get rid of the parcel. Maybe burn it if you so please, I’ll be back later,” I responded and slipped into my coat, luckily, the car keys were in the pocket.
I needed air. I hated him.

I was sick to my stomach as I navigated through the club, I needed a release and I was seeing blood. The stench didn’t even bother me, because the horrific feeling in my own head was even more overwhelming compared to the smell.
