Genevieve

Genevieve

I can't remember the last time I received a handwritten letter - if ever! Before I open it I decide to make a coffee and then sit down at my kitchen table to explore the letter. It's a simple cream envelope with very neat handwriting stating my name and address and is postmarked as Salem, MA which is even stranger. Surely it would've been easier just to hand-deliver it if they live locally? Gently I open the envelope to reveal a letter on an A5 sheet of paper written in a bold marker. All isn't as it seems with how your friend died. Maybe you should look into the circumstances further. How can a strong swimmer drown in a place they're so familiar with? Have you found her Book Of Light yet?

MARK

MARK

And now, as I looked around, while checking that everything was okay, I tried to relax and forget about Mark for at least a few minutes. Today was the launch of Matt's wines and only the cream of the state had been invited to the vineyard. Singers, actors, entrepreneurs and even politicians were scattered beneath the many tents that had been put through the freezing rain of November. People were dancing and talking animatedly after the early dinner had taken place. Quite a success by the way or so the tasters let us know, who, according to Matt, were the best. According to the itinerary, in one hour there would be a firework show commemorating thanksgiving.

"You are Mine" He murmured across my skin. He inhaled my scent deeply and kissed the mark he gave me. I shuddered as he lightly nipped it. "Kirsten, you are mine and only mine, you understand?" Mariano

Mariano

"But I will support you. I will be by your side, always." "I love you, Bella. Just like this. I don't expect you to go killing people." My heart still fluttered each time he said that. "I love you too." We sat in silence for a while, just listening to the sound of the waves, the muted hum of the insects there. Mariano got a beep on his mobile phone. He checked the text and wrote something back. "Who's that?" I asked. "Just the chef, wondering if we want to eat now."

so far, chapter 34, I'm really loving this book. I love the characters. I absolutely adore the cover of this book that's up right now, it is exactly what I imagine Mariano looks like. I cannot wait to get more chapters and hippie Redd what's there at least twice now.

This was an amazing story! I wish there would’ve been a little more at the end, but otherwise I absolutely recommend reading this. Another great story to add to my favorites on here. I liked how it was a little different from most of the other mafia romance stories on here. Fantastic job author!

Irresistible Fantasies (A Steamy Collection)

Irresistible Fantasies (A Steamy Collection)

All I could focus on was Sincere, the way his eyes kept finding me across the deck, dark and hungry behind that easy smile he wore for his friends. Marinette picked up on the vibe quickly. After a few knowing glances and one very unsubtle wink, she faked a yawn and asked one of the crew to drop her back at the marina. “You two behave,” she called as she left, but her grin said she hoped we wouldn’t. Now it was just us. The sun had dipped below the horizon, painting the water in deep oranges and purples. Soft music played from the speakers as Sincere led me back down to the private cabin, his hand warm and firm on my lower back.

Bullied And Claimed By My Alpha Biker Mate

Bullied And Claimed By My Alpha Biker Mate

Aleric said. "What's all these?" I muttered, still unable to understand what they were talking about. Did lady Marinette lie about Aleric raping her? And was that the reason why Aleric turned me down then decided to get married to Lady Marinette? I had to slightly open up the door to take a peak after making sure tbe coast was cleared. Marinette's mom, took hold of her daughters hand, "is what he's saying true? He was never intimate with you?" She inquired softly, yet Marinette couldn't say a word, her head shamefully bowed down.

Alenna Delevigne

Alenna Delevigne

He held on to my right shoulder, so I turned to face him. "Will you take your hand off my shoulder or I'll turn you into a mouse?" I raised my left eyebrow, glaring at his cold yet undeniably handsome face. "Whoops!" He immediately took his hand off my shoulder. "You two! What are you waiting for?" The guard on the table called us. He's looking at me from head to toe right now. I quickly walk towards him and say, "My name is Alenna Delevigne from the city of Nalaknabak. I'm a..."

Skye

Skye

The Hipper completed its journey at a village tucked beneath the umbrella of a large glacier. “Okay, farm boy, here we go,” I said. I peered at the peak I had designated for our climb, located a mile across a treacherous frozen lake. “Why do you always have to choose the most dangerous route?” Dresna groaned as I set off. It wasn’t a real question, just an appeal to moderate the pace. “No one has fallen through the ice cap since forever.” “How do you know? Are you some sort of authority?” “We would hear if there were any fatalities.”

The Last Hybrid

The Last Hybrid

Marinette scrunches her nose and then nods and says, “Okay, thanks. Could you bring me Marigold?” The woman grabs the baby out of its bassinet, and I realize that’s where the blueberry scent is coming from. Marinette smiles as she holds the baby in her arms and the woman dismisses herself. Marinette glances at me and says, “So… Chase Croft.” The way she says my name makes butterflies erupt in my stomach. She looks me up and down and says, “That name sounds familiar, have I met you before?”
