I heard Sheila’s voice say and I flinched a little as I turned to look at her.
“No, I’ve got it all under control, I just have to work out how to get this thing going,” I said as I used my legs to tug at the sewing machine.
“And you’re doing a bad job at it, you don’t need a glove to work a sewing machine,” Sheila answered and I nodded.
“I know that, but you see, this machine’s got lots of sharp objects around it that I don’t know how long they’ve been left, unsterialized, so I gotta save myself and the baby,” I pointed out.
