Cassie straightened. She knew the boy’s father was technically right. He’d likely grow out of it but since he wasn’t listening, she decided to scare him a little.
“Fine,” she said, voice firm. “How much weight do you want to lose, and in what time frame?”
“Ten pounds in a month. Too much?”
Cassie drew a deep breath. “Yes. That’s way too much. You’re still growing and need nutrients. The safest plan? Two pounds a month if you follow my exclusive program. But it won’t come cheap.
