I only lost weight when I was in High School because I often ran to and from home and school. It wasn't difficult to lose weight back then because I was still young and my fat melted quickly. In only three months, I lost weight. It was hard to explain, but it was true. I liked my body better when I became thinner because it was easier for me to move and I was no longer short of breath. It is also not difficult to buy clothes. Almost everything fits and fits.

He sampled each dish lightly, unlike me who dug in heartily when I found something I liked. I tried to restrain myself, wanting to eat less, but in the end, most of the food ended up in my stomach. Dax smiled. "Thanks, but I don't do it for others. I do it for myself. I want to feel better and look better for myself. I don't kid myself and think I'm going to drop a ton of weight. I just want to do enough to tone up and feel better." Tamera said. "And that's okay. As long as it's for you because it's what you really want and not let others' opinions bully you into it." Dax replied. "Nope, all me. I lost 10lbs and was so proud and felt so much better. I know some would think that's pathetic, but it meant a lot to me." Tamera said.

Thinking about it carefully, perhaps it was because the weight she'd lost was exactly what she had gained during the winter, so— Wendy suddenly remembered: that time Asher tried to give her chocolate, she never took it. Gina: "Eating cleaner really is better for your health. Starting next week, I'm quitting all that junk fast food." Watching Gina say this while eating fries, Wendy silently offered her some carrot sticks. Gina accepted without thinking, put them in her mouth, and her expression immediately soured. She promptly changed her tune: "Actually, I think exercise is good too—it can also help with weight loss."

I was putting on some muscle, and was hoping to lose another twenty pounds, and get my body fat below 12%. Cheryl loved the new me. She was inspired to diet by my early success, and Weight Watchers helped her to drop thirty pounds. She joked about Jenny and I going overboard with this exercise stuff, but she was encouraging me, and supported my dieting. Our diets were drastically different, as were our exercise regimens, but we were both making a concerted effort. Our sex life was steadily improving - not stellar yet, but better.

Monday, January 24, 2022 6:29 a.m. I’m still sitting on my room’s floor, crying. I can’t sleep till now. I’m too afraid. I’m unable to do anything. I’m having headache and body pain but I can’t move even to take a pain killer. I don’t need anything. I just want my family back. I can’t accept that I lost my family. I have lost everything. I lost my childhood. I lost my family. I lost my love. I lost my happiness. I lost my emotions. I lost my feelings. The only thing I gained is a fear.

William asked with a smile. "Of course, it's tiring for me, but I have to do it since I want to lose weight." Valeria touched her waist. "Look, I'm still so fat! All my efforts have gone down the drain during this period of time. My mom, dad, grandpa, and Raymond, have been sabotaging my work. They've been trying to persuade me to eat more food every day. If I continue to stay here, I'm afraid I won't be able to lose any weight for the rest of my life."

"You would only have the strength and energy to lose weight when you are full. Haven't you heard of this saying before? If I am not full, where do I get the stamina to lose weight?
