Morgan’s was better but Spanish was so close to Italian sometimes Max would slip into his pronunciation of the Italian rather than the Spanish. Closing my eyes, I listened to his words. The words pulled me back into the story and I felt a smile creep onto my face. There was a moment Max paused, grabbing his drink and taking a few sips.
