Novel & Cerita Wits Academy

Somehow… Those four words seemed to say everything I hadn’t known how to put into sentences. I looked at both of them. “So…” I clapped my hands together once. “What are we waiting for?” They both looked at me. “If your father mentioned someone who might know something…” I stood up. “Then let’s go find him.” The academy library was quieter than usual. Tall shelves stretched toward the vaulted ceiling, filled with thousands of books that smelled faintly of leather and old papers. We made our way toward the front desk. An older woman looked up from the ledger she was organizing. Round spectacles rested low on her nose. She smiled politely. “Good morning.”

It did anything but that. “Lunaton Alpha Academy is the highest regarded Academy among wolves,” Valentin stated. “It was founded by our Queen, the great breaker of enslavement. She, herself, has retired some of her great warriors to teach at this school. For the purpose of making the next generation of warriors.” He paused in both his speech and movement. He narrowed his eyes at the crowd. “Wolves who see themselves above others do not have the makings of a great warrior. A great warrior is selfless. A great warrior is kind. None of the actions that have occurred this semester have been selfless or kind.” Another murmur rose over the crowd. A hand shot up. Before Valentin could even call on

Then she spat like venom. "You worthless brat! You shameless beast!" Her voice cracked the silence like a whip. "You dare speak like this to your elders? You whore! You run with males under the name of education! That academy is nothing but a den of filth! You lie down for any who ask! No better than a cheap thrill!" Elena’s wolf snarled within, but she stayed still. "California State university is the highest ranked pack academy. It raises future Alphas and healers for the nation. Your twisted mind can’t understand its purpose!" Elena stated

Break out of poverty. “A mere omega like me, protect a prince?” I muttered in disbelief. “How is that even possible? Besides, I have heard a lot about that academy. Isn't it strictly restricted to males?” Not to mention, it was a fucking battlefield of witches, wolves and hybrids. The suicide rate in that academy was almost competing with the war deathrate. Rumors and news about the brutality of that place was everywhere in the streets. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there. “You're right. The princess is there on special admission and recommendation. You will obviously have to disguise yourself as a man,” the King said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

Silas: The Academy is never truly quiet. Not really. Even now, with the wards down and the storm clawing at the towers, there are voices. Low, hissing things in the cracks between stone. Shadows that gossip like spiteful courtiers, eager to tell me what they see. They laugh about the banshees wailing through the quad, whisper about the creatures picking their teeth with the bones of first-years, hum hymns of doom that were old when the founders still breathed.

The academy teaches her, brutally, that the world doesn’t see ordinary Blackthorne-Voss daughters — it sees the legacy they can’t live up to. THE ACADEMY: Voss Academy — named after Zane’s family line, which Nova finds both meaningful and mortifying. Yes. The academy is named after her father’s pack. Yes. Everyone knows. This makes everything worse before it makes anything better. The academy has: A social hierarchy called The Ranking — updated weekly, visible on the academy’s app, based on pack status, wolf ability scores, and social standing Wolf ability assessments — monthly tests where everyone’s powers are measured and publicly posted
