On Monday morning, accompanied by Simon and Henrique, Paulina followed the indicated exercises – almost – to the letter. Almost, because she left Henrique assisting Simon with weights and sneaked away to observe Thiago instructing children of various ages in his kickboxing class. The room where he taught was at the back of the gym, next to another room where a group practiced yoga, both separated from the rest of the space by glass walls and a wooden door.
