Alpha Dominic Knight's POV:
I ran to the babies' chamber and the whole place was a wreck. The furniture was ruined and the blood of the caretaker splattered all over the carpet and the bed. Her lifeless body was hidden behind the closet and her dead eyes stared at the ceiling.
"What happened here? " I asked, infuriated by everything.
"Alpha, we were just sitting here having a chat and then suddenly the wall had a black hole like door and a woman in black appeared out of nowhere. She used some magic from her fingers and Emma ran to save the babies as I screamed for help. But she… " The girl began sobbing hysterically.
I didn't need to listen anymore. I knew who was behind all this.
"It's the witch. " Beta Alexander said to me.
I nodded my head and looked around the room for any clue but there was nothing left to check.
"So, she comes via this magical portal and leaves on the same route. That is how she kidnapped Astrid. " I told him.
