Suzzie's POV
Dad was right, I was gradually clouded by emotions! How could I get stricken by the moment and let myself......my hand stared down at my scarred hand.
It reminded me of what I'd just touched, his....please, let's not say the word.
I thought his legs don't work, then why would his third leg come alive?
But, it had really happened. Tyler had kissed me, and I had let him kiss me. And I had truly enjoyed it.
"Suzzie, is something wrong?" Tyler repeated, pushing his feet off the bed.
He managed to land his feet to the floor wincing in pain as he did that. Then he forced himself to his feet.
My eyes bulged slightly, that was new. He was trying to make his legs move because of me.
And just as if he was making progress, he pitched forward.
My hands automatically stretched out to catch him but he sank back into the bed - landing on his butt.
Silence.
His eyes searched me, yet I still couldn't bring myself to comprehend what had just happened.
"I'm sorry, Tyler. I have to leave,"
