I've tried to keep myself busy in order to sort out the dilemma we are in. I can't believe Patricia would doubt my feelings for her but then again she has all the reasons known to mankind to not believe me. She was sending me all kinds of mixed signals. For someone who lived for centuries, this girl puzzles me. I can see the way she was looking at me and soon enough I know that she won't be able to hold the grudge against me.
