“Mj I want you to listen to the sound of my voice and do exactly as I say” Julie began to speak in a tone softer then normal “if you understand what I am saying to you I want you to answer yes, do you understand?” and the doctor waited “Yes” Mj said in a tone that let Julie know she was awake and receptive. “Mj we are going to count down from thirty to one do you understand?” the doctor asked again and Mj replied with another “yes” this time softer but still very much alert.
