My eyes never leave Mrs. Felicia even though I heard the door opened for Ronald and Rael’s arrival. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable knowing that Rael’s eyes also never leave mine! I sighed heavily and remained quiet as possible.
“Fin…you know what? I’m thirsty.” Rael said out of nowhere. I felt Fin’s gaze on him.
“You went outside earlier, and you didn’t had time to drink water?” Fin countered with sarcasm. I wanted to laugh but I don’t want it to backfire on me.
