Alpha Kai's POV
I sit in my office staring at the door Ace just walked out off. He actually dared to walk out on me. Ace has never raised his voice at me before, ever, in his life. I picked out the shards of glass on my skin without flinching, blood pooled on my table, but I didn't care. I didn't feel the pain, since it will heal soon enough.
Ace and I had an argument all because of that bitch. Why would he take her side? He should agree with me, taking my side like he always had. Only me! I'm his brother. He even walked out on me. I can't believe this.
This is all that girl's fault. She's the reason we argued, she's going to pay for this. I will punish her so badly that she would wish she was never born. Here I was thinking I'd finally found my fated mate, what a joke! The moon goddess must be having the time of her life, laughing at my expense.
