Emily waited, she could hear her heartbeat and was sure he could hear it too.
Garrett’s hands traced her eyebrows and it went back to the mark that stood out on her neck, a small tattoo was forming there in a shape of a wolf. He could see the outline slightly and he smirked at himself for doing that to her and Emily trembled under him.
He pulled back from her a little to look at her well, she looked down and he finally pulled away from her, he was not going to lose his guards with her.
No that would be a big mistake if he should lose his guard with her. Emily was able to breath out and calm her racing heart.
She looked at him as he walked to the door, why on earth and how did she forgot to lock her door.
“If you are going to be senseless leaving your door opened when you have your bath, I will have a guard stationed at your door again” and with that he left the room.
