Ash POV
"Wait for me," he whispers directly into my right ear. I feel his breath on my ear and the side of my neck, it sends shivers down my spine.
I nod obediently and he pulls away from me. I watch him while rooted beside the door. He doesn't turn around and I keep watching him until the bathroom door closes.
I put my hand to my chest, it is beating so hard I am sure he heard it before he left me. I groan and climb to the side of the bed.
I slip between the sheets and pull the cover sheets all the way to my face. My face reddens as I think of what will happen when he comes out. I cover my face with my palm and close my eyes.
"Oh no," I mumble. I can't quell my excitement.
I sleep on my side with the sheets pulled all the way to my head. It's a little hard to breathe underneath it but it hides my face.
After what feels like forever, I hear the bathroom door open and fight the urge to peek out of the sheet. I hear Caspian bustling around in the room and then I hear his footsteps appro
