The sun hit me through the curtains as I lay peacefully on my bed, serving as a form of reminder that today was the day I would come face to face with the one who haunted me, the devil in human form—Jason.

If Ryder were still around in the manor, he would have been shocked to have seen me in this dress as I have always complained about how dark his clothing was and how dark he kept the manor wanting little or no light. Although my go-to dresses were pastel colors and white dresses that made me feel immaculate, there was nothing celestial or dreamy about meeting Jason.
Looking around the manor to make sure I was the only one around as expect
