Mates are given to us werewolves by the moon goddess to complete us. In the case where a male or female wolf rejects or fails to accept his/her mate, the moon goddess rarely blesses them with children if they settled with someone else, but there were rare occasions where they got lucky.
In my case however, I was cursed. It was impossible for any woman to carry my child aside my mate.
