"My lady," Lia said in surprise. "You're awake and you’ve already taken your bath"
I've always been a morning person since I had early shifts at the hospital. It was a habit. Besides, how could I stay in bed when there was so much to explore?
When my eyes fluttered open and I saw beads of sunlight seeping through the curtains I was elated. That it hadn't been a dream.
I was in a king size bed directly under a twinkly chandelier. I explored the room, which was just as big as my flat, like a scene out of a Disney fairytale.
