Xander's POV
On the sidewalk leading to Methis apartment, car horns blared in the background as they zoomed pass sporadically. A little white dog barked as it tried to attack a fire hydrant in the corner.
I, however, walked with fury in my eyes. Why would she hide something so huge from me? I thought, "Perhaps she just wanted to bury it in the past," I muttered with a shrug. But I certainly wasn't cool with the fact that she lied to me. If what her stepmom said is true, then that would mean she and that freak have had sex. I can't believe she's been having sex with a werewolf, a fucking werewolf! I screamed in my mind with my fists clenched as rage filled my reins. How could she? I thought. I entered the apartment building. I walked mindlessly, not really even looking where I was going, it's not like I needed to anyway. I knew this place like the back of my head.
