Amelie’s POV
I sat with Madison, and we talked for an hour. I asked if she was willing to let Dr. Yvonne see her in the hospital. She thought it would be an excellent idea. I was so relieved. I had already set up Dr. Yvonne to see me at the hospital, so I’m sure she could fit in Madison as a favor.
Paul walked back into the room with a tea for Madison, but he had also brought some muffins, pastries, and a couple of bottles of orange and apple juice back as well.
“I stopped by to see Nathan and Carrington before I went down,” Paul advised. “He demanded that I feed you as well, Amelie. I am not going to argue with Carrington.” Paul chuckled.
“I don’t blame you. I don’t think you would win anyway,” I laughed.
