"Juliet," I mumbled.
I tried to catch up with her movement despite the sudden itch I was feeling on my left ankle due to the two inches high heels I was wearing. She went inside the lift and pressed a bottom. She seemed not to be in her right state as she ignored my calls. The elevator closed and I had to wait to check the floor she stopped.

I entered the other elevator and hit the 7th floor. I rested my back on the shiny surface behind me and watched as the number rose from three to four. "Why is Juliet here? Why didn't she look back when I called her?" I asked myself.
Suddenly, a startling jolt from the carpeted floor disturbed my trance. The lights flickered once, twice, three times. My heart jumped for a minute and my knees dilute in nervousness. "What's happening?"
The elevator squirmed a noisy crick as it halted. "What the–!" I tapped the elevator door with all my might and tried to break it open, but failed miserably. "Hello?
