"I bet you're hungry. I brought you some food," a gentle voice of a woman sounded in her ears.
Akira leaned her elbows and tried to sit. Her eyes glistened when she recognized the young woman. "Sherika!" She exclaimed jovially.
Sherika placed the food on the table and quickly run towards her. "Big sister!" She hugged and cried.
Akira's tears of joy instantly flowed down her face. She hugged her sister tightly and stroke her soft hair lovingly. She misses her so much as she misses her parents' Balbi and Arlea. Even after learning that they are not her real parents, her love for them never changed. She pulled from her hug and cupped her younger sister's face. "You're alive and look at you, you're all grown up. I miss you so much," she wiped Sherika's tears.
"I miss you so much too, sister. I knew you were alive, and I've waited for you to come back," Sherika told her while sobbing.
"How did you know?" She asked her in a bit shocked tone.&
