Third Person's POV
Grayson had just finished cleaning his body, but the hot water felt too good to step out just yet. He lays his head back and lets the hot water beat down against his chest as he goes over the events from 17 hours ago.
It was a long drive. Even without stopping to sit down and eat, only grabbing fast food to eat in the car once at lunchtime, and refueling when needed, it still took 12 and 1/2 hours to get there and 12 and 1/2 hours back.
Everything about the trip there and the attack was last minute, so there was not a lot of extra time. They arrived just outside of Ella's pack around 5:30 p.m., allowing them to sleep in wolf form outside their vehicles for 2 hours. When they woke up, they had just enough time to eat and go over the attack one final time before heading to Ella's pack and surrounding it.
