Third Person's POV
The Beta carefully studies the board, looking at all of his enemies' pieces. Each move is critical. One wrong move, and he's dead. His jaw clenches, and his fist tightens as he tries to decide the best to move. The Beta makes his choice, and he's certain it's the right one. It will bring him just out of the enemy's reach, so he makes his move.
A smirk rests on the Beta's face as he sits back, satisfied with his move. His eyes snapped to his enemy, who snorted before laughing. Coal looked at the board, trying to figure out what he was laughing about. His eyes narrow, watching the guard make his move. The Beta's mouth hangs open when he's put in check. He forgot about the stupid night. He took everything into consideration but the damn night!
