“So, Sandra and Daisy are sisters.” Maia muttered and Anaya sighed.
“Yes.”
When Maia called her last night to deliver this news to her, it felt surreal but everything began to make more sense. The blatant hatred they both had for her and their reason for wanting to destroy her was valid now.
Her family was the reason their family was ruined and she was the easiest target to launch their revenge plan on.
Anaya thought she would hate Daisy and Sandra even more after finding out their motive but instead, she felt pity for them. She knew how much pain it caused for someone to lose both parents at such a young age because she went through the same thing.
And she had it much easier than them. She was raised by a wealthy uncle and she basically didn’t lack anything materialistic apart from love and attention. She ate good food, wore nice clothes and attended one of the best schools in the city.
