How to See Past Stories on Instagram (Updated 2025)
To view your past Instagram Stories, use the Stories Archive feature. Instagram automatically saves your stories after they expire, as long as Archive is enabled. Here’s how to access them:
✅ Step-by-Step: View Your Past Instagram Stories
Open the Instagram app.
Make sure you're logged in to the correct account.
Go to your profile.
Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
Open the menu.
Tap the ☰ three-line icon in the top-right corner.
Tap "Archive."
This is located under the "Your activity" section.
Select "Stories Archive."
If not selected by default, tap the dropdown at the top and choose "Stories Archive" from the options.
Browse your past Stories.
You’ll see all previously shared stories organized by date. Tap any story to view it.
🔄 Bonus Tip: Re-share or Highlight Old Stories
To re-share a past story: Tap the story, then tap "Share" or "Highlight" to add it back to your profile.
To create Highlights: Save your favorite past stories permanently on your profile.
⚙️ Make Sure Archive is Enabled
If you don’t see any stories:
Go to Settings > Privacy > Story.
Make sure “Save story to archive” is turned on.
Why Use Stories Archive?
Revisit memories privately.
Repost or create new highlights.
Keep track of content history without saving to your device.
By following these steps, you can easily view, manage, and share your past Instagram stories—even after 24 hours have passed.

To see the stories you've liked on Instagram, go to your profile and tap on the three horizontal lines in the top right. Then, select 'Your Activity.' From there, you can check your interactions. Look for the 'Interactions' section and tap 'Likes.' This will show you the posts, including stories, that you've engaged with. It's a neat way to revisit those moments and discover what really caught your eye!

Archiving TikToks is a fantastic way to keep your favorite content handy for later! I usually download the videos I'm into using a third-party app or site that saves them directly to my device. If you want to save them without a watermark, there are specific tools for that.
Another cool method is using TikTok's 'Save to Favorites' feature, which is super handy for accessing them later. Just remember, always respect creators' content! Keeping those cherished moments feels satisfying, doesn’t it?

It can be super annoying to get logged out of Instagram all the time. From my experience, it usually happens due to security reasons or if there are multiple devices connected to the same account. Sometimes, if you change your password or Instagram thinks there's suspicious activity, it logs you out for safety.
I recommend checking your account settings and making sure your login details are secure. If it keeps happening, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It's frustrating when all you want is to scroll through your feed!

I was just scrolling through my feed when suddenly, I found myself logged out of Instagram. Super frustrating! It might be due to a bug in the app or just a glitch on their servers.
Sometimes, it happens if they've made any updates or changes in the background. I’ve learned that keeping the app updated helps avoid this sort of annoyance in the future. Anyway, I just logged back in, but I wish they would send a notification before logging us out!

Whether you want an Instagram hiatus or are in the market for new hardware doesn't matter! In every case I show you how to pull out of a deep trouble that is Instagram in all devices. After tapping into your profile image, look for the menu bar in the top right corner, which shows three horizontal lines.
This will bring up a drop-down menu. Scratch around for 'Settings', and then slide over to the next section which is labeled 'Security'. You will find the tab 'Log off your devices'. Click that and hey presto you're good as gold! See, it's as easy as pie. If you're not currently using social-media platforms, be sure to log out so that your account is secure.

In the world of Instagram, 'CLFS' is an acronym standing for Comment Like Follow Share. It's often used in the captions or comments of posts to encourage more interaction and engagement. It's a common tactic used by bloggers or influencers to boost their post visibility and keep their content in the algorithm's favor.

As usual on Instagram, BTS stands for ‘Behind The Scenes’.It is also often used to share exclusive, behind-the-scenes content or insights into events, photoshoots, or the creation process of content - unveiling what might not normally be a normal occurrence for the general public. Creativity and its hard-won success get remade into a this year or last year story for people who cannot understand Chinese. Behind The Scenes remains a must-catch hashtag for enthusiasts seeking a deeper understanding of their favorite works.
