Chapter: Chapter three Odessa The morning light touched my face before his fingers did. I woke up to his arms around me, warm and possessive. The diamond ring on my finger felt heavier than I thought it would. He was still asleep, breathing softly, like nothing in this world could hurt him. I closed my eyes again and tried to remember the moment I said yes. I wasn't sure why I did. ~ I rolled onto my side and stared at the ring again.
