The Alliance That Turned Her World
Aliana is just a girl trying to save her sick mom suffering from cancer. Aliana doesn’t have money for treatment, she’s broke, tired, and almost losing hope, until her best friend Lyra tells her about a job at a strip club she works. Aliana doesn’t want to, but she needs the money, so she agrees.
The club belongs to Ares Valentino, a mafia boss who people fear and respect. On her first night, she spills a drink on him and thinks she’s doomed, but instead of punishing her, he notices her behavior and how the events of the night turns out. Soon, he makes her an offer, he’ll pay for her mom’s treatment if she becomes the caretaker of his little nephew, Cole. Cole hasn’t spoken since his dad died, and Ares needs someone innocent , not tied to the Mafia world to take care of him. Aliana accepts, not knowing her whole life is about to change.
Inside the mansion, she discovers secrets and lies everywhere. Lyra betrays her, Xavier who is Ares’s right hand man is actually working with Marcus, and even Cole’s mother is involved in his father’s death. When Aliana finally starts caring for Ares, tragedy strikes. Her mom dies , not from cancer, but from a staged accident meant to hurt her.
The final blow comes when Aliana and Cole are kidnapped by Xavier. Ares saves them but dies in Aliana’s arms after confessing the truth he never said aloud. In the end, she is left with Cole, realizing the alliance that was supposed to save her only destroyed her world.

Chapter 2: Stepping Into The Unknown
In my 21 years of life I never thought I would be this nervous going for a job before, but this was not just any job.
