Nysera the Goddess of Secrets
Nysera: The Goddess of Secrets
Long before the heavens were divided by war, the gods ruled openly, and every ten thousand years they fought in the Ranking of the Gods—a divine contest where victors gained territories, worshippers, and unimaginable power, while the defeated lost everything... even their names.
Born from a forbidden affair between the ambitious High Goddess of Radiance and a fallen, rankless god, Nysera should never have existed.
Abandoned at birth.
Sold for sacrifice by her own father.
Raised in the temple of Malzareth, the High God of Corruption, she spends seven thousand years as nothing more than a nameless servant, enduring cruel experiments, torture, and humiliation. Her only comfort comes from the forgotten creatures she secretly rescues—an abandoned shadow hound and a wounded crow.
Everything changes when a whispered secret awakens the power sleeping within her soul.
Her true Divine Authority is unlike any the heavens have ever known.
Every truth she hears grants her fragments of memories, forgotten skills, hidden emotions, and glimpses of fate itself. To the oldest gods, it is a power erased from history... a Forbidden Authority.
As Nysera uncovers its Seven Seals, ancient beings begin to stir beneath the foundations of heaven, while the gods who abandoned her unknowingly awaken the greatest threat their world has ever feared.
In a world where power is bought with betrayal and the innocent are sacrificed for ambition, Nysera swears one unbreakable law:
"The innocent deserve shelter and the truth. The wicked deserve punishment."
To keep that promise, she must climb the Ranking of the Gods, uncover the oldest secret in creation, and become the one goddess the heavens were never meant to remember.

Chapter: Chapter 15: The ReunionNysera: The Goddess of Secrets Volume I – The Forgotten Goddess Chapter 15: The Reunion Nysera stood frozen. The growl came again: low, familiar, impossible. Her fingers tightened around the enormous obsidian egg pressed against her chest as she slowly turned toward the sound. Something moved between the ruined pillars—a shadow, tall and broad, its eyes burning crimson through the darkness. Nysera's breath caught. "...Umbra?" The creature stepped into the faint glow of the Abyssal crystals. Nysera stared. For several heartbeats, she couldn't move. It was him. But it was also not him. Umbra had always been taller than her, his body powerful enough to make most creatures hesitate. But now... he was enormous. His frame had grown heavier, his muscles more defined beneath thick midnight fur that seemed almost metallic in the strange crystal light. Dark plates traced parts of his shoulders and spine like natural armor, and his crimson eyes burned brighter than before. A powerful a

Chapter: Chapter 14: The Beast That Refused to Die.
Nysera: The Goddess of Secrets Volume I – The Forgotten Goddess Chapter 14: The Beast That Refused to Die. Umbra was dead. There was no heartbeat beneath his torn fur, nor warmth remaining in his body. His crimson eyes had gone dark long before Vaelor dragged his limp frame toward the edge of the Abyss. Vaelor looked down at the silent shadow hound without a trace of pity, then cast him into the void. For a long time, there was nothing: no sound, no movement, only an endless descent into the dark. His body tumbled through the abyss, completely limp, claws hanging uselessly at his sides as the gloom swallowed him without resistance. Then— Impact. His body struck something hard, and ancient stone cracked beneath the force. Umbra did not move. He remained exactly as he had fallen, blood slowly spreading across the broken surface.

Chapter: Chapter 13: Echoes of the Lost
Nysera: The Goddess of SecretsVolume I – The Forgotten GoddessChapter 13: Echoes of the LostThe gates of the ancient fortress remained open behind her. Nysera stood at the edge of the courtyard, staring into the darkness beyond. For the first time since entering the Abyss, she could no longer hear the hunters. The silence should have comforted her. Instead, it made her uneasy. Whatever protection surrounded the ancient fortress seemed to have followed her beyond its gates.Nysera glanced back. Through the open entrance, the obsidian egg still rested upon the ancient altar, its faint warmth lingering against her fingertips. She had no idea what the strange object was, nor why the seal had protected it for so long. But something about it felt familiar. Not the egg itself—the warmth. It reminded her of the tiny flame that had once appeared within her divine core: her Fire Authority.Nysera slowly pulled her gaze away. She couldn't stay here forever. Stepping

Chapter: Chapter 12: The Sealed Trial
Nysera: The Goddess of Secrets Volume I – The Forgotten Goddess Chapter 12: The Sealed Trial The city did not remain silent forever. Something was calling her. It was not a voice, nor was it a sound. It was a faint pull deep within her soul, as though an invisible thread had wrapped itself around her heart and was quietly guiding her through the endless ruins. Nysera followed it. She walked cautiously between shattered streets and broken towers, never straying far from the shadows. The wandering spirits drifted past her without a glance, while distant clicks occasionally echoed across the dark skyline, reminding her that the hunters were still searching. After what felt like hours, the ruined city suddenly opened into an enormous courtyard. Nysera stopped. Unlike everything else she had seen in the Abyss, this place had not fallen to ruin. A colossal fortress stood before her. Its obsidian walls were flawless, an

Chapter: Chapter 11: The Forgotten DepthsNysera: The Goddess of SecretsVolume I – The Forgotten GoddessChapter 11: The Forgotten DepthsDarkness. It swallowed everything. The green flames of the temple's soul braziers disappeared above her, along with the frantic voices of the guards. Even the world itself seemed to vanish, leaving only a suffocating silence that pressed against her ears.Nysera was still falling. Or at least, she thought she was. The heavy iron chains around her wrists pulled painfully against her arms, their cold weight the only reminder that she still had a body. Every breath burned. Every heartbeat echoed through the darkness.Abyss... The word alone made her tremble. She had heard whispers of this place since childhood—a prison older than memory itself, a place where forgotten gods, failed creations, and nameless monsters were cast away to disappear forever. Even Lord Malzareth had never dared descend into its depths. No one returns from the Abyss.
