Rex POV:"He's here," Dennis says, walking up to me, I nod my head and look over to him, and see him standing over with Becca and Owen. I feel someone hit my shoulder and I turn to see Alex and Dennis with some smirks on both their faces."What?" I ask, confused by why they were looking at me like that."You are so whipped, and you haven't even marked him yet," Dennis says, causing Alex to nod his head. I sigh and push them out of the way so that I can walk onto the makeshift stage that we have for whenever there is a pack meeting. I walk to the middle of the stage and look out at my small little pack that I have grown over the years. Some of the pack members notice and stop talking and look towards me while others don't seem to notice. I clear my throat and start to speak, getting the rest of the packs' attention.

Rain POV:We sat on the bed getting to know each other for hours when we started the moon was high in the sky. I don't know for how long we were talking to each other but I learned a lot about Rex. I learned that he's 22 years old and that he willingly became a rogue wolf along with his beta and gamma. Rain POV:It's been almost a week since I've run away from my old pack, and my mate, sometimes I just want to run back, but every time I stop myself because I know that there might be a chance that I run into my old pack, and I'm scared what they would do to me once they realize that I've run away. Every time I think about my mate and how I just left my chest hurts, and Whisper starts to whimper in the back of my mind thinking that they won't like us because we ran away from them, and not towards them.
