Chapter 5: Her Future, My Decision

Alpha Tobias' POV

I walked straight to my office after bringing her into our room. The first thing I did as I reached the office room was to fill my glass with liquor. Her image kept flashing into my head and I wanted to wash her away. 

The strong taste of the liquor doesn't matter to me when I drink it. It is just water to me at this hour. Damn. 

That woman is giving me this kind of feeling. So, different from all the women that I have been sleeping with.

“How is she, Tobias?” Raven asked me when he entered the room. I put down the glass to face him, and before speaking to him, I sat on my swivel chair.

“Why do you care?” I asked him coldly, but he just smirked. 

“Man, come on. I'm your friend. You didn't tell me everything about your plan. So, why do you have to save her, huh?” 

I furrowed my brows as I noticed Raven seems to interrogate me with my plans. No one knows about my plans and I have no plan to tell them about it either. 

“It is not part of your work as my beta. Just tell everybody that I have found my Luna.” Raven just sighed and he still looked at me.

“You're putting her life in a more difficult situation, Tobias.” Raven responded, which made me grit my teeth. 

“Stop it, Raven! Don't intervene with my plans. You better watch out and one more thing. There's no other safe place for her aside from my arms. She's more than safe with me. I need a Luna and you know that!” 

Raven sat down on the couch and he crossed his legs. This man is not afraid of me. He's not just my beta, but also my childhood best friend. 

“You're not interested in other girls, Tobias. That woman might be so special for you because even though she killed your twin brother, you still choose her.”

A smirk formed on my lips as I put a liquor to my glass again. I drink it once before responding to Raven.

“I won't do anything if it is not according to my plans, Raven. You know me well. I can do everything.”

Raven just shook his head for what I had said. He got out of my office so I continued what I was doing. It's almost in the middle of the night, yet I'm still inside of my office. 

Three knocks from the door caught my attention. It was Raven and he looked worried while staring at me.

“What?” I asked him.

“Your brother's beta is here. They are up to your Luna.” Raven explained, which made me break the glass.

I walked out of the office to face them and saw Sebastian's beta, which I believed will be the new Alpha staring at me.

“Alpha Tobias, it's Luke. The new Alpha of your twin brother's pack.” Luke uttered which made me sigh. 

I looked at him with no emotions from my face. Whatever they want here, I will make sure that they can't take anything from me. They will regret that.

“You're wasting my time. Be specific.” I mumbled in a cold tone. 

He smiled and said, “We are not here because we wanted a fight. What brought us here is because of the girl you took from our care.” 

I crossed my arms while brows furrowed in disbelief. These men are here for my Luna. As if I will give the woman who is now mine.

“I will make a war with your pack if you touch my girl, dumbass!” I uttered that makes Luke threaten to shift into his wolf form, but it doesn't scare me.

“He killed your twin brother, you know that!?” Luke yells, so I grasped the collar of his shirt. 

“I didn't care whether she killed my twin brother or not. Sebastian deserves that for being an idiot!” After yelling back at him, I released his collar.

These men are making my blood boil. As if they can do anything to change my decision. 

“She has to be executed for killing your twin brother. Beatrice Fraye has to pay for her crime and you shouldn't stop us!” 

I closed my eyes in hope that I could still control my eyes to change into its scary color but these men in front of my face were challenging my patience. 

“Idiots… My Luna's future will be my decision! No one from you can stop me and if you did, I'll make sure you'll not be able to see the sunrise tomorrow because tonight will be your last day.” I responded and all of them gasped like they were seeing a ghost. 

They seem turned into a rock after seeing my eye colors, so I immediately change it. Fears had already written on their faces and I'm enjoying the reactions that I have seen from them. 

“A-Alpha Tobias, w-we apologize for b-being here.” Luke responded to me and he's shaking now.

I just love their faces right now. It's making my night complete.

“Now tell all the werewolves to your pack that I would be the one to decide for the future of Beatrice Fraye. It is my decision to keep her alive and if someone dared to disobey my decision, I will declare war to the pack. Understand?”

All of them nodded their heads together. They immediately left the pack which made me smirk. I shook my head and went back inside of my house. Beatrice' face still kept on flashing into my head and I wanted to see her. I wanted to feel her. I wanted to taste it. Damn. 

I don't know if I could still control myself. She's hypnotizing me and I wasn't like this in my entire life. Beatrice is the only one who makes me feel this way and she was the reason for everything.

When I reached her inside of our room, I found her sleeping on the bed. She opened her eyes when she felt my presence and she's even shocked to see me. Beatrice was about to climb off the bed when I cornered her. I pinned her against the bed, with her hands above her head.

“Are you ready for tonight, Beatrice?” I whispered in her ear, but damn. 

She's teary-eyed, and it makes my blood boil.

“I-I am so-sorry… I can't…”

I clenched my fists and moved away from her.

“Psh, what a crybaby.” 

And I left her to give her space, but the truth is… I left because, damn. I have almost forgotten what my other plans are for taking her with me.

Not making her life with me so easy. I smirk at the thought that her future will depend on me and I'll make sure that those 300 days of her life with me will not be as easy as she has expected it to be.
