Chapter 86

Both Dhruv and Aunt Suru stare at me in silence. I guess the way I said it was awkward. So I look up and laugh. "I mean, childhood days were so good. There was nothing to worry about and all." 

Aunt Suru smiles. "True. But Mimo does not agree with that." She points at him. But he stares at me for a fine moment. Did he get a hint of my sadness in those words? 

"No, I do not approve. And please do not embarrass me like that, maa. I am an adult now. I have left my childhood far behind." He says, his voice having a depth in it. As far as I know, Dhruv is quite distant from his family. I wonder why. They seemed pretty normal to me. But then again, maybe they only looked normal from outside. One cannot see the cracks from the exterior. You have to dig deeper to know the truth. 

"But those are so cute, Mimo." I stretch the last word and Dhruv arches an eyebrow at me, while Aunt Suru bursts into laug
