Two Weeks Later

When I had returned from my run that night after hours of Finn howling at the moon, I found Sophie in the living room gripping the letter I had dropped when I ran. I was surprised to find her even more eager to meet this Alpha Ireland who had so unselfishly sacrificed herself to save her people and mine. She held me while I cried again telling her the story about my mate and everything I had done. Sophie had never judged me for trying to kidnap Ireland all those times or for how I felt.
