One-hundred: Tying the knot

Amelia stared at her reflection in the mirror with a bright cheerful smile on her face. It was her wedding day and she was so excited that she could barely contain it. She was dressed in the wedding dress she’d choose and her make-up and hair were styled to perfection. Her veil had also been pinned to her hair but was kept at the back, from covering her face until it was time to leave. Her bridesmaids surrounded her, fawning over her and they couldn’t stop rambling about how beautiful and perfect she looked. Cookie was there, and so was Gretchen, Lara, Cora and Emmalin. Audrey was also there, but not as a bridesmaid but Amelia wanted her closeby and she was happy to be in the midst of her close friends and family.

Cookie, who had been fixing her hair and makeup walked up to her and gently wrapped an arm around her waist, leaning in to kiss her cheeks softly.
