Mia's POV

The helicopter blades whirred loudly as we soared through the sky, leaving behind the chaos of the city. The buildings and streets grew smaller beneath us, shrinking into insignificance. As we flew over the vast expanse of the ocean, a sense of freedom and anticipation welled up inside me.
