CHAPTER 25— BUSINESS PLAN
Zheme walked down the stairs with his computer in hand and work on his mind.
His introduction of being the new CEO of the LR company had been delayed because of the incident with Lexie. But now, his wound was coming along fine and at the company, his presence was needed.
His father had called personally to tell him that, and also to ask if he had succeeded in creating a business plan.
Zheme didn't just have 'a' business plan, he had three, all three dependent on AI technology.
Fingerprint recognition.
Language processing.
And face recognition

After an hour or so, Lexie was done with the job she was assigned and Zheme, the same man she now found annoying, sat beside her the whole time, telling her to use black instead of brown and white instead of orange. ★†★ Lexie was struggling to so much as turn on the damn stove and when she finally did, the look on her face told Zheme that she didn't know what else should be done. He felt the need to smirk, laugh even, but instead, he eased out of his seat and like a predator, stalked towards her. In front of the stove and just an inch away from her, he stopped, eyebrows knitted in confusion as Lexie filled the pot with water, dropping it with resentment on the stove. Zheme placed the empty dishes into the sink before turning to face Lexie. It was now dark outside, the breeze cold against his skin, lifting every tiny hair that protruded from his pores. Lexie could hardly breathe, legs shaking, heart racing. She was lost in bliss. His finger was working magic, just like it always did and with every circular movement it made, the buildup to her explosion was nearing. In that one moment she was living in a world with just him, her and the butterflies that still floated in satisfaction within her stomach.
