24- Let Go

"I knew from the first moment I saw you that you were different. Our marriage was not going well and I didn't know how to reach you. I finally found you, Ai, and I won't let you go. I love you so much. much. We're in this together, if that means we're together, alone, so be it. They'll be fine for sure."

"Hope so."

Everything in the house is tense. With Aira's mom and brother in his grandma's house, it's been a tense nightmare.

Storm's father isn't there, it's just him and Aira against their family. His grandmother held her snobby nose high, and they sat at the dinner table, on either side of it. He didn't like the distance between them, and the way her mother and his grandmother glared at Aira made him feel the last bit of nervousness.

This is what he doesn't want his family to be like. He despises those smirks, those dirty words. I hate my family.

Realizing this, Storm glanced at his grandfather, who looked bored by the whole thing.
