Ana’s POV

I put my phone and key in the table as I enter the Morgan Manor. I exhale the smell of the flowers and the filling sound of the wind. It’s good to be back here after being away for long.

There’s no one here but me as the caretaker is at their home and would only come here in the morning to turn of the light and the night to turn it back on and clean and the cycle continues.

I cover my eyes using my arm as I put my whole body at ease. I lock the doors and I feel asleep not even long after I lay down on my bed. It’s still the same as it was, nothing change, and it just feels like when I was living here together with my grandparents.
