I can’t help but smile upon looking at Luke having fun with the kids. We’re at the playground after we fetch them from school… the same playground they were kidnapped, near our house. It still hurt thinking about those happenings but slowly we’re building memories here to buried those bad memories.
“Mommy, can’t we stay a little longer?” Sapphire asked me and I raised my brows at Luke and he shrugged his shoulders.
