Chapter 2

Author: Plucking Flowers
Complying with Finneas was the only way I could maintain my innocence.

When Finneas heard me agree, he froze. Then, his eyes lit up as he said, "Come with me. Now."

My answer seemed to flip a switch in him. His gaze turned scorching, and he immediately guided me toward the restroom.

I, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck. I couldn't even look at him.

Even though we weren't doing anything, the mere thought of fulfilling his request made my stomach knot with humiliation.

I'm a grown woman, and Finneas was a grown man. The thought of giving an adult man my milk was mortifying.

What scared me even more was the possibility that he'd keep filming while I did it.

I avoided meeting his eyes, compelled to ask him about it.

When the restroom finally cleared after someone exited, I spoke up. "Finneas, I've agreed to your request, so you're not going to film me, right?"

He shook his head. "Of course not. I just want some warm milk. I just miss the taste. Plus…"

Finneas immediately locked eyes with me when I looked up.

"Honestly, I've been into you for a long time. I noticed you at the parent meeting—your figure captivated me, and your scent sent shivers through me."

There was an intoxicated look in his eyes as he spoke. It made me relax—just a little.

I knew Finneas was threatening me, but I figured that I could work with it as long as he didn't push his luck.

"You have to keep your word," I said. "No more photos."

He nodded. "Relax. I won't. Now let's go into the men's room."

He lifted his phone and looked at me pointedly. He warned, "Don't try to run. If you refuse my request, I can't guarantee these photos won't end up online."

His threat sent a shiver down my spine.

My resigned look prompted Finneas to drop his gaze to the front of my blouse. "Look at that. You're soaked already. It's a good thing I'll help you take care of that in a bit."

He stepped into the men's restroom first.

After making sure that no one else was inside, he poked his head back out and beckoned me. "Hurry up. No one's here. It's the perfect place for us to have a little fun."

He licked his lips, his solid frame filling the doorway as he motioned me forward with his thick arms.

My heart raced, and my body moved toward the restroom of its own accord. I said, "Give me the cup. I'll fill it."

He shook his head. "I didn't bring you here to use a cup. You're giving it to me directly."

He gently but firmly pushed me into the last stall, which was narrow. My back hit the cold tiled wall as I stared at him in panic.

He was crossing a line. If he didn't want to use the cup, that would mean…

Suddenly, footsteps echoed outside.

Finneas slipped into the stall and quickly shut the door, his expression frantic.

"Someone's here," he whispered. "Keep your voice down. You don't want your husband or anyone else to find out, do you?"

Then, he threatened me again. "What are you just standing there for? I want the milk. Now. If you don't hurry, I'll send the photos straight to the kindergarten parents' group."

"Don't…"

My hands shook violently. Under his warning glare, I slowly reached for the buttons on my blouse.

  • A Dad Obsessed with Milk   Chapter 10

My limbs went numb. I never imagined that things would end like this.Julian really wanted a divorce. I felt my heart clench as though a giant hand was wrapped tightly around it.Memories of Julian's kindness kept flashing through my mind. There were times when he would kneel to tie my shoes. With him around, I never had to carry anything. Whenever I wanted something to eat, he would drop whatever he was doing and take me out. At home, I never had to lift a finger.I was jealous when Finneas treated his wife well, yet I had ignored Julian's quiet love that had always been with me.Regret hit me hard. I called him over and over, but the line never connected. When my parents heard about what happened, they came to see me. I thought they would try to talk to Julian for me, but they sided with him instead."At least Jay would keep our granddaughter on the right path. He won't stop you from seeing her either. Ri, you've really let us down!"I was already feeling awful the past two d

I smiled at Finneas' words. Just as I was about to pull my pajamas off completely, there was a knock at the door."Honey, I'm home. Open up," Julian called from outside. The sound of his voice startled me. I hadn't expected him to be back so soon.Finneas went pale. "Julian's back? What do we do?" he whispered as panic rose in his face.It wasn't a staged scene this time. It felt real.It reminded me of that time in the restroom when Julian suddenly appeared. Finneas and I had been hiding in a stall, terrified out of our wits.Back then, it was part of our script. It felt like a game, so I wasn't nearly as panicked. If Julian were to discover Finneas and me together, everything would be over.I said, "Get in the closet. Now."I shoved Finneas toward the wardrobe and hurriedly pulled my clothes back on. He slipped inside without a second thought. When I opened the door, Julian was standing there with a light sheen of sweat on his face. "I left in a hurry and forgot an important

I curled up in Finneas' arms as he lowered me onto the bed. When he closed in on me, I playfully slapped his face. "You goofball. Drop the act already. What you pulled at the amusement park was more than enough, and now you've even followed me home? I've had my fill of acting. Let's get to the real part."I smiled at him, my eyes bright.Finneas laughed and gave me a couple of playful squeezes."Calling you Mrs. Bamrick really got me into it. It really felt like an affair. How did my little act of intimidation go earlier?"I giggled. My whole body trembled with excitement.Finneas' eyes lit up."Seriously, Ri, you're beautiful," he complimented as he stared at me. "This figure of yours just makes me lose control every time. If you ever did those kinds of videos, you'd definitely gain a huge fanbase."I snuggled into his embrace and rolled my eyes. "Please. If I ever did something like that, you'd be the last person I'd look twice at."His hands were all over me. "My bad. I wou

I cleaned the house every day, so I knew exactly where everything was placed. The teddy bear he was talking about was a bear made of plastic bricks. Julian had bought it for Lydia, and the two of them had spent a long time putting it together. When they finally finished building the bear, Julian said it looked cute and suggested we leave it in the living room. That had happened only a few days ago.I had never noticed anything strange about it before. But now that I had a closer look at it, something about the bear's eyes felt off.Finneas was telling the truth.I wouldn't normally believe him so easily, but I kept this bear in my home. An outsider shouldn't know about its existence. Not only did Finneas know about it, but he also knew that there was a hidden camera in it. I had no choice but to believe him.Still, one question wouldn't leave my mind. Why would my husband do this? Did he know that Finneas would come looking for me?While I was frozen in thought, Finneas continu

The tension I never got to release with Julian kept bubbling up. It left my whole body burning.I couldn't help but silently curse myself for being so shameless.Finneas tore open my top and was about to lower his head when his phone suddenly rang. He pulled it out to silence it, but he frowned when he saw the caller ID.He let go of me to answer the call. I saw the contact's name on his screen. It was his wife.I couldn't hear what she said, but whatever it was made him end the call quickly. He straightened his clothes and took a step back. "I need to head out for a bit. Wait for me. We'll finish this later," he said.I watched him leave in a hurry. For some reason, I got up from the couch and followed him.Outside the building, I saw him crouched on the ground while carefully tying a woman's shoelaces."Why didn't you call me earlier? I would've come to get you," he said gently. His tone was different from the one he used when he threatened me."I didn't want to bother you. I

I was lying on the bed, bracing myself for Julian's arrival, when his phone rang. He frowned as he answered it. "Okay. I understand."He reluctantly glanced at me before sighing deeply."I'm sorry, honey. Something urgent came up at work. I have to head back to the office."With that, he got up and started getting dressed again.Although what happened with Finneas earlier had left me shaken, the arousal I felt from the tension hadn't faded yet.In fact, when Julian tossed me onto the bed, I was eagerly anticipating our passionate encounter. Now that he was leaving, I felt nothing but emptiness."Can't you stay a little longer?" I asked, stepping closer and pressing myself lightly against him. "Can't someone else handle it?"He shook his head, smiled apologetically, and gently ran his hand through my hair. "Just be patient, okay? It's a really important project."After he left, I was about to check on my daughter when I heard a knock at the door.I looked through the peephole,
