My eyes widened and my chest cringed.

"What?" I asked, my hands that had been outstretched towards the files laying on the desk lifeless, still outstretched.

"You heard me. I have a thing against weak links and you Isabella, are the weakest link in this company" she said and my left eye twitched.

" You never asked me to do anything like this, if you mentioned it I would have done it" I tried to explain but she say down abruptly with a frown on her face

"I don't know what you want me to say Isabella, clear your desk and leave the premises" she said and my palms grew fists.

" Is this really about the files or you don't want to continue seeing the face of Robert's original girlfriend so you don't feel like a little slut and boyfriend snatched? " I asked and her head whipped up to look at me dead in the eyes.

I had placed it in my mind that nothing was going to stop me from showing my face at work but since Camila was going low, I was going to go lower.
