" Where were you? " Mirah asked immediately Layla entered into the apartment. " I was with Shane " She replied as she landed on the couch.

" Oh, so we spending the night at our man's house now? " Mirah teased but Layla let out a scoff.

" I have to get ready for work. I had to plead with him to drop me at home, he insisted that we should go to work together " Layla muttered as she headed towards their room.

" Are we having a class today? " Layla asked Mirah who walked with her to the room. " Not really, but we having a class tomorrow " Mirah replied and she nodded.

Mirah landed on the bed with a silent groan while Layla walked towards the closet. She came back with a dress. " You're not going to work today? " Layla asked Mirah surprisingly. She let out a nod. " Yeah, I quitted " She replied.
