" Goodnight " Shane said to Layla as he dropped her off. They had gone on a night date. " Bye " Layla waved as she alighted for his car and watched as Shane drove off. She smiled lightly before walking in into their apartment.

Shane got home and was suprised to see Brielle dozing off on the couch, she was waiting for her husband's arrival.

" Why would she wait when it's this late? " Shane thought silently as he glanced at his watch. The time was 10pm. Then he remembered he had promised to sort things out with her today.

He made up his mind to settle things amicably. He can't just let go of her, since they were good before she suddenly left and since it's for a good reason, it would be absurd for him to suddenly file out a divorce. He had no choice than to accept his wife. He would still work out things tho, but not now.

He let out a sigh before walking over to her. He tapped her gently. " Hey " He called softly as she opened her eyes slowly.
