I left my room getting my overalls ready, the nurses are filthy. Some very rich filthy ones. I looked back as the new one left the room, arranging her hair and her clothes. She is such a rookie and newcomer that no one had the time to warn her. I wink at him and go to the dining room. I serve my food and take a seat in my usual place. No one sits with me and I eat lunch alone.

In the distance I see the new nurse talking to her colleagues. She's doing an internship from what she told me, she's in medical college studying nursing.
