Chapter 23: Business Behavior
Selyna’s POV
I really wanted to be with Damian last night but I knew we were being watched closely, our behavior being noticed by everyone and his father was no fool, no matter how I tried to play it off he suspected us. Now I am dressing up for the council meeting, but I can’t get it out of my head how Damian went down on his knees begging me to stay the night. There’s something about seeing a big bad alpha being like that. I know the score and he will make it up to me, but we need to be on our best behavior. This is business.

Selyna’s POV I wish I could have given him my virginity, but I had dated in highschool and had been with one guy. Heck my first kiss had been shortly before my thirteenth birthday. Selna’s POV Sunday, after the members of the council departed and Sean and I were done glaring at each other, Damian found me to go train. He was getting more control of his electric ability, but I suspected that what we had gotten up to Saturday evening had increased some of his powers and I was right.
