Deeply, I take a breath. Then, I walk to the couch and sit down next to Jamie.
Realizing me doing something aberrant, Jamie’s eyes finally move away from his phone screen.
He holds his phone and the coffee cup in his hand and pauses. He takes a moment trying to figure out what I want, yet I can tell he can’t.
“What do you think you’re doing?” hence, he asked, striking an annoyed expression at me.
However, even if he is feeling annoyed by my behavior, I will not back off. I have a mission here to be done.
