It was clear I shouldn't have asked so I changed subjects which brought her back to reality. The reports came in on our surroundings and the enemy. The hell hounds have grown in number and at least two unidentified people were spotted. Seth arrived sometime later around nightfall leaving us with the final touches to our attack. If we do this fast enough we could easily push into the heart of Duke's lands and end everything. With every escape route mapped out and the enemy numbers roughly estimated Seth was confident of our chances. One strange thing was Ferris had not been spotted which worried me.

" Seth, is Ferris not joining us?"

" I sent him with Gloria to secure our escape route just in case.*
