I sat at the empty dining table, moving food around the plate as my appetite has been a little low.The image of Elijah's scars have been popping in my head ever since I saw them about a week ago.The pattern and the map the scars created were engraved in my head. My head was spinning as I looked at the pile of Canvases thrown by the trash at the back of the Mansion.Every single painting I've ever made was thrown near the trash, obvious about to be ridden off.I rushed over to the pile and looked down at the first canvas. My soul nearly left my body when I heard Elijah groan. I closed my eyes to block the few of the blade stabbing Elijah.My breath was coming out in a short huff as I slowly opened my eyes again.It took my eyes a few second to adjust to the dark again, and what I saw shocked me.Elijah had managed to stop the knife from going in to his face with his right hand.
