“Leave me alone, Frank! I’ve vowed never to argue with you again. Why do you keep getting mad for every single thing?”

“Because I don’t trust you anymore. I don’t even know the wife I married,” Frank yelled.

“Oh, you don’t trust me? All because I travelled with my boss? That’s the grudge you’ve been holding against me?”

“No, you don’t get it. Sonia, you’ve changed completely.”

“Changed? Sonia shot back. “No, I didn't change. You changed from the day I entered that jet to San Francisco.”

“Check yourself, Sonia. I’m clearly not the problem here.”

“Oh, you think you’re not the problem? Ever since I got back, you always return home late, you always ignore me whenever I try to have a conversation with you.”

He sighed deeply, “Please, I’m too tired for this.”

Rose had overheard the argument. The last few weeks after Sonia’s return from San Francisco had been heated. Arguments over minor issues, insults upon insults. The home was no fun.
